1) Payment by POSB/ DBS bank transfer.Meet ups strictly at town ONLY. Transaction details required after payment.

IB — IB nick and reference no.

ATM transfer — Clear snapshot of receipt

2) Inform me asap if you decide to give the item a pass if not you'll be blacklisted.

3) All items sold are non refundable and non exchangeable.

4) I'm not responsible for lost parcels.

5) Ask for measurements only if interested.

6) No trades for all items.

7) Please reply my emails within 24 hours.

8) Payments are to be made within 24 hours.

9) Item will be sold to the buyer who can confirm and make payment first.

10) Items will be mailed out within 2-3 days after stocks arrive.
